Halliday Marx have partnered with a truly outstanding accounting practice with a rapidly growing Tax department. They are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager.

  • Get involved with cross border projects.
  • Lead on a broad range of corporate tax advisory assignments, including M&A support, international structuring and transaction projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance, including specialist regimes such as REITs and AVEC claims.
  • Manage and grow a high-quality client portfolio, delivering proactive, commercial and technically robust advice.
  • Undertake in-depth technical research, delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions.
  • Lead the development of junior staff through coaching, mentoring and structured training.

ACA or ACCA & CTA qualified.
