£17 per hour
6 month contract
Onsite (5 Days in the London offices)
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger high volume
- Monitoring of the AP email inbox
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Process expense reports from employees
- Identify discrepancies and elevate in appropriate manner
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
You must have:
- At least 12 months AP experience
- High Volume AP processing experience - ideally 250 per week plus
- Experience in monitoring and actioning a general AP inbox
