Halliday Marx have partnered with a very well respected London based expanding Professional Services Company to hire an FP&A / Finance Business Partner. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Start: Early February ideally £70 - 80k Hybrid: 3 days in / 2 home (You may come in more if you wish).
You MUST HAVE:
- Experience of working with Billing Time / Billable Hours / Utilisation / Bill Rates
- A great personality / Gravitas.
The ROLE:
- Support the preparation of group budgets and forecasts
- Assist with the overall budget process, including planning, preparation, and review.
- Maintain and update budget templates
- Review financial performance against budget and prior year Income drivers / profitability metrics.
- Consolidate large data sets from multiple sources
- Preparing clear summaries that are tailored to support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for various stakeholders
- Drive efficiencies through automation of existing reports.
- Testing of newly developed and updated reports.
- Engage with key stakeholders quarterly to review financial performance
- Produce and deliver presentations to management groups
You will be / have:
- Minimum 2 years Post Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equiv)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in FP&A or Business Partnering role
- Professional Services experience - dealing in Billable Hours / Utilisation etc.
- Excellent Excel skills
