Halliday Marx have partnered with a truly outstanding accounting practice with a rapidly growing Tax department. They are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager. 80% of this role is Advisory, the other 20% is more compliance focused.

Responsibilities
- Lead on a broad range of corporate tax advisory assignments, including M&A support, international structuring and transaction projects
- Oversee the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance, including specialist regimes such as REITs and AVEC claims
- Manage and grow a high-quality client portfolio, delivering proactive, commercial and technically robust advice
- Build trusted adviser relationships with clients, HMRC and professional contacts
- Provide technical leadership across the firm, supporting colleagues and identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration
- Undertake in-depth technical research, delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions
- Lead the development of junior staff through coaching, mentoring and structured training
- Partner with senior leadership to support business development and strategic growth initiatives

- Top 30 practice experience
