Dutch Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist
£18-20PH (40K) Central London (Hybrid Working)
My client is a multi-national Real Estate Company based in Central London and is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for 6 months. There is a permanent opportunity.
Duties:
- Executing and maintaining all financial and administrative processes related to lease agreements.
- The role ensures accurate setup, changes, and termination of rental objects and lease contracts in the system.
- Maintaining high data quality and compliance with lease agreements and internal standards.
- Correct registration of lease agreements and addendums.
- Execution of contract changes and timely processing of lease terminations.
- Ensures accurate and timely invoicing of lease contracts, including recurring rent, service charges, and contract-related billings.
- Monthly invoicing and settlements.
Requirements:
- Must have experience using SAP.
- Must be able to read contracts in Dutch.
- AR experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Real Estate background is desirable but not essential.
