My client is a global advertising company and are looking for a Cost Accountant on a 9 month contract.

Duties Include:

  • Transform fragmented payroll and HR data into a live, strategic compass.
  • Forecast accurately and analyse real-time fluctuations critical to our agency's agility.
  • Manage and track personnel costs for 1,000+ FTEs across 7 European markets, ensuring visibility and understanding of key PC ratios and forecasting, reporting to senior Commercial Finance and Operational staff.
  • Harvest and reconcile high volumes of data from disparate sources (ERP systems, local payroll providers, HRIS, and timesheet software).
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the employee time sheet management system.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards that provide "live" visibility into staff costs, recovery rates, and utilization.
  • Forecasting ability to explain financial technicalities to non-finance stakeholders.
