Halliday Marx are working in partnership with an outstanding tech firm to hire an MLRO Officer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end internal suspicious activity reports (iSARS) for several business units
- Submit formal SAR's to the national crime agency (NCA)
- Preparing MLRO reports to the board detailing financial crime controls
- Acting as a primary point of contact for the FCA
- Advising senior management on the impact of financial crime risk
- Design and update the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA)
- KYC due dilligence
- Execute asset freezing protocols
- Transaction monitoring
- Supervising internal controls for detecting payment fraud, scams, and identity theft
Requirements
- Available to start within 1 month
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a senior compliance role or MLRO role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Highly discreet
