Halliday Marx are recruiting an exceptional Financial Controller for a rapidly scaling manufacturing group in the Birmingham area. You will own the day-to-day finance function, drive reporting improvements and act as a strategic partner to support growth and integration post-merger.
Reporting to the MD and working with the CFO, you will lead ERP optimisation, cash forecasting, working capital management and automation initiatives while developing the finance team and strengthening controls.
