Halliday Marx have partnered with a super cool premium hospitality business to hire a Finance Assistant / Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. Central London. 5 days a week in the office. £35-38k + study support. Free lunches included.
The role:
- Accounts Payable – full function
- Collect, process and document daily banking
- Deal promptly with discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs
- Deal with the operations team
- Stock counts
- Assist with managing month end processes
- Various analysis: P&L review - analyse revenue, cost of sale and overheads
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Credit Card reconciliation
You will have:
- Been in an Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant for minimum 6 months
- Strong Excel knowledge
- The desire to be in the splendid office 5 days a week
