The role:
- Posting DD invoices and matching against bank payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment terms
- Dealing with Purchase Order queries
- Organising, registering, matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner
- Reconciling Credit Card statements
- Preparing and processing payment runs and manual payments
You will have 2 years AP experience.
You will be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
You will work as part of a team in outstanding offices with a great finance team.
