Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing payments / fintech organisation in London seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support key initiatives across user access, controls, and governance.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOX & AUDIT
This is a hands‑on role ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in access models, permissions, and audit readiness, operating within a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Salesforce access controls, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
- Configure and maintain queues and user access structures
- Produce and manage audit reports to support governance and compliance requirements
- Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure access frameworks
- Partner with technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance standards
- Assist with ongoing improvements to access management processes and controls
Essential Experience (Must have)
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments
- Deep understanding of profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
- Experience managing queues and access structures within Salesforce
- Proven ability to generate and manage audit reporting
- SOX experience and Audit experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with ITGC environments
- Exposure to Segregation of Duties (SoD) remediation
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield
- Familiarity with user access review tooling
- Background within finance, fintech, or payments organisations
Working Arrangement
London‑based with 3 days per week on‑site, working closely with business and technology stakeholders. Quick onboarding with start required within 1–2 weeks and a 1‑stage interview process.
