Job Duties
Purpose
A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications.
Responsibilities
β’ Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity.
β’ Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions.
β’ Apply and extend the Landmark design system; contribute new patterns where needed.
β’ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
β’ Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
β’ Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback.
β’ Participate in design reviews, offering constructive critique and feedback.
Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.
β’ Mastery of interaction and visual design; working knowledge of research methods.
β’ Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
β’ Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments (Angular/React familiarity preferred).
Nice-to-Haves
β’ Prior experience contributing to a design system.
β’ Experience in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.
β’ Completion of a Masters Degree is a plus.
