Job Duties

Purpose

A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications.

Responsibilities

β€’ Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity.

β€’ Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions.

β€’ Apply and extend the Landmark design system; contribute new patterns where needed.

β€’ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.

β€’ Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.

β€’ Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback.

β€’ Participate in design reviews, offering constructive critique and feedback.

Qualifications

β€’ 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.

β€’ Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.

β€’ Mastery of interaction and visual design; working knowledge of research methods.

β€’ Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

β€’ Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments (Angular/React familiarity preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

β€’ Prior experience contributing to a design system.

β€’ Experience in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.

β€’ Completion of a Masters Degree is a plus.
