Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes. Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake call as soon as requisition is initiated to offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data. Responsible to provide regular hiring updates, market insight and HR data to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen. May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices.
Qualifications
Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
