Overview
In this role you deliver CPS job design, well support, and post job analysis for customers in your area. You provide technical guidance and maintain relationships with the technical customer base, working autonomously to solve problems with advanced engineering methods. You may contribute to inventions and new designs, and you’ll represent the organization in professional settings. This position suits an experienced engineer who drives efficient, economical solutions in complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide CPS job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers in designated area
- Offer technical and operational expertise to external customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with the technical customer base
- Work independently with minimal supervision and apply advanced engineering techniques to solve problems
- Represent the organization in conferences and negotiate with engineers/officials of other organizations
- Demonstrate creativity and mature engineering judgment to solve problems efficiently and economically
- Use advanced techniques and extend theories and practices in the field
- Provide technical guidance to drafters/designers and be consulted by associates
- Contribute inventions, patents, and new designs or techniques with major impact or efficiency gains
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (or related field) with minimum 4 years of industry experience
- Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer certification preferred
