Overview

In this role, you will design Completion, Products & Services (CPS) jobs, advise on-site crews, and analyze project outcomes to uphold Halliburton’s quality and safety standards. You’ll serve as a bridge between customers, Business Development, and Operations, using real-time well-site data and advanced tools to solve issues. You bring technical PSL expertise with cross-PSL awareness to support equipment needs and specifications. This position blends independent execution with collaborative problem-solving in a field-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide CPS job design, well support, and post-job analysis for NWA/Country customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with the technical customer base in designated area
  • Act as a communications link between customer, Business Development, and Operations
  • Advise on-site crews to ensure project adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Work independently and may supervise others on site
  • Interpret well-site data in real time using simulators, electrical and mechanical equipment, and modelling tools
  • Solve on-the-spot issues remotely and at the well site
  • Develop technical competence in one PSL and understand other PSLs; consult with PSLs on equipment needs and specifications
  • Assignments are well defined with clear objectives and require basic engineering principles

Key requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry with 18 months industry experience
  • strong communication and relationship-building

  • interpretation of well-site data in real time
  • experience with software simulators
  • knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment
