Job Duties and Qualifications
- Under broad direction, understands and translates business data and needs to deliver effective, regional or global HR services for a business unit.
- Consults with local leadership on report generation and interpretation of HR data and aligns HR metrics to business metrics.
- Coaches and counsels leaders on people management and the impact of business decisions.
- Collaborates and consults with management and other HR functions to proactively determine and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to regional or global business challenges.
- Analyzes HR and business trends in order to provide feedback to the Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Service Centers, HR Business Partners and business unit leaders on the efficient and effective delivery of HR products and services.
- Shares business expertise with COEs in order to develop HR solutions, programs, and services that will further increase business effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborates with COE and HRBP leads to support the implementation of new HR strategies, policies, plans, and procedures.
- Supports succession planning and leadership development for a business unit.
- Supports management in the timely and effective resolution of employee relations issues.
Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related discipline and a minimum of three years of experience. Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
