Overview
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you apply deep PSL technology and service knowledge to educate customers and internal teams, guiding delivery and shaping proposals. You will drive up-sell opportunities by understanding local business drivers and technical challenges, collaborating with BD, Operations and Tech Teams to grow profitable revenue. You ensure quality and safety compliance while aligning with PSL priorities and market needs. This role offers impact through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration in the energy services sector.
Responsibilities
- educate customers and internal stakeholders on PSL offerings
- identify customer technical needs and propose solutions
- support BD in proposal preparation and up-sell opportunities
- aid operations and BD in diagnosing delivery issues and communicating solutions
- collaborate with PSL, regional BD, accounts, and tech teams to identify growth opportunities
- align with PSL quality directives and compliance with HSE and OE policies
- contribute to prioritizing technology projects based on market needs
- execute tactical action plans as directed by country management
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline
- minimum 5 years of experience in energy services industry (preferably as a field professional)
