Under broad direction, supervises a repair and maintenance facility by organizing and coordinating activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment for one or more product lines. Ensures equipment is maintained according to global maintenance standards. Mentors employees on proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Oversees training and development of technicians. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines and that safety procedures are followed during the repair process. Orders and efficiently maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance. Promotes continuous improvement of shop processes. Areas of specialization may include mechanical or electrical aptitude and performing major repairs & maintenance. Assists in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.

Qualifications: Requires an Associate's Degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of experience, including as an equipment repair and maintenance technician. Management experience is preferred.
