Job Duties:
- Under broad direction, develops and delivers complex technical training and educational programs such as multi-discipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum.
- Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions.
- Mentors less experienced instructors.
- Job role contributes to the viability of the organization via personal contributions.
- Subject matter expertise in Product Service Line technical knowledge, skills and experience necessary for this role.
- Travel is a requirement.
Qualifications:
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering, education, or similar disciplines and 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Development or Product Service Line operations including curriculum development or training experience.
