Job Duties
- Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake call as soon as requisition is initiated to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Responsible to provide regular hiring updates, market insight and HR data to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
- Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
- May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices.
Qualifications
- Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
