Job Duties:
- Acts as subject matter expert and provides application expertise and any special technical data to Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, External Customers and Operations to support product and service applications globally.
- Revises, uses, and refers users to appropriate technical content of product/services web pages on Halworld.
- Reviews content for accuracy and drafts revisions as needed.
- Responsible for responding to questions submitted to the Knowledge Base system and developing relevant articles to publish.
- Provides operational and practical perspectives to project development and prioritization, as a member of the PSL Project review team or PD&C.
- Establishes operational performance expectations or specifications.
- Interfaces with operations/external customers on special development projects.
- Incorporates Reliability, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), and Quality standards into job activities.
- Job role directly impacts revenue center's viability or its quality service via personal contributions.
- Job role contributes directly to value creation.
Qualifications:
- Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or similar discipline and a minimum of 7 years of experience in PSL Field Operations, Business Development, or Technology Development as it relates to field operations.
