Main Purpose

Design and produce high-quality Marketing and Sales support materials in print and digital. To support the Marketing and Portfolio teams, designing a variety of creative assets that project a premium and motivating image of the Hallgarten business, and its suppliers, to external stakeholders. To support the Sales teams, providing creative assets for customers in the hospitality and wine retail sectors, enabling them to better reach their customer base and help grow their business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To design (and/or refresh) a wide variety of printed and digital materials, including:
    • Customer wine lists
    • Hallgarten brochures and other publications
    • Customer Marketing and Training material/assets
    • Creative assets to fuel growth across social media accounts
    • Digital assets – e.g. simple animated social media tiles
    • Point of Sale materials
    • Editing short video assets
    • Creative support on the Hallgarten website

  • Responding to a brief and, where appropriate, providing a range of options to help determine best creative route
  • Efficient and timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
  • Managing stakeholder expectations of delivery timings

Strong team ethic of support and continual improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

Functional

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (Basic Canva and Figma a plus)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Behavioural

  • Creative flair mixed with a pragmatic approach, be in tune with the latest market design trends and eagerness to think creatively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle stakeholder requests
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs
  • An interest to develop wine knowledge is encouraged, but not essential

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in Design essential. You will be designing for print and digital.
