We have two part time positions available, both working Monday - Friday (Evenings from 4pm):

  • Post One: 12.5 hours per week - £8,284 per annum
  • Post Two: 17.5 hours per week - £11,597 per annum

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive cleaner, who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of immaculate presentation, excellent customer service and health & safety. Working collaboratively with the wider Cleaning team, we are looking for a supportive and positive team player, who is able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision when undertaking their daily cleaning tasks. The role will involve cleaning various areas of the school including classrooms, offices, toilets, halls, servery areas to an exceptional standard.

The Person:

Key skills, experience and qualities required to be a School Cleaner:

  • Experience of current cleaning materials/ methods/appliances
  • An understanding of basic health and safety requirements including COSHH
  • Relevant experience delivering high standards of cleaning, ideally from the education or hospitality sector
  • Be able to demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and excellent customer service
  • A positive, supportive and flexible team member
  • Willingness to work occasional additional hours to support the team when required
