Medical has opportunities for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to support Out of Hours services in Ashgate. In this role you will deliver high-quality care through face-to-face consultations in Home Visiting Services and telephone triage. You will manage diverse patient presentations, providing expert clinical assessment and treatment in line with patient needs and service protocols.
We are seeking experienced ACPs with advanced clinical knowledge and confidence in managing a wide range of conditions. Applicants must be proficient in:
- Children
- Pregnancy
- Palliative
- Catheters
Shifts available between 20:00 - 08:00 and 00:00 - 08:00.
Requirements:
- Hold NMC or HCPC Registration
- Proven experience in acute care, primary care, or OOH settings
- Exceptional communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Level 7 Assessment Skills
- Prescriber
