We specialise in recruiting Advanced Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners, Community Specialists, and Clinical Advisors and support the delivery of excellent patient care in Urgent and Emergency Care, Primary Care, Neighbourhood Services, Community, NHS 111, and 999 services.

About the role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will support the placement of qualified healthcare professionals into temporary roles, ensuring clients receive a fast, efficient, and high-quality service. During your first six months, you will work closely with experienced Consultants, learning the role while assisting with live vacancies and day-to-day recruitment activities. As your experience grows, you will begin to build and manage your own desk, with clear progression to become a Recruitment Consultant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and clinicians
  • Support the delivery of temporary healthcare staffing solutions
  • Source and engage new clinicians to meet client requirements
  • Maintain and develop a pool of active and inactive clinicians
  • Place into suitable roles, ensuring a high-quality and timely service for clients
  • Write and advertise job vacancies across our company website and social media platforms to attract clinicians
  • Work collaboratively with the Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Ensure clinician records and compliance documentation are up to date
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts

You will also:

  • Have a minimum GCSE grade C/5 in English and Maths
  • Have experience in recruitment, sales, or a commercial environment (desirable)
  • Have experience working to KPIs or targets (desirable)
