Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination inns and close to the town of Weymouth on the cliff tops of the South West Coast Path, the Smugglers Inn is a traditional English pub with stunning views overlooking the Isle of Portland. With a beautiful garden for summer, as well as roaring log fires and oak beams inside for the longer and colder winter nights, the Smugglers can be truly enjoyed all year around.
We’re growing our kitchen team and looking
for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep
the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and
want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
What you’ll get:

consistency and presentation - Happy working to spec's with no variations allowed
- Trained in food safety, hygiene, and

and keeping the vibe positive - Someone who thrives when service gets
busy - On top of compliance and committed to
doing things the right way - Looking for a solid chef role for the
season - and hopefully longer - Experienced in a busy kitchen and ready
to hit the ground running
