We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in an amazing premium pub, The Olive Branch in the heart of Wimborne. The pub offers guests great food options from the relaxed Pantry to more formal dining in the restaurant with its open kitchen, and rooms in the adjacent 1777. The Olive Branch caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a superb outside terrace and garden - the best in Wimborne.

What you’ll need to be:
- An experienced GM or senior deputy with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
- Based in the local area or planning to re-locate
- An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail - experience of rooms an advantage
- A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with operational standards and processes
- Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to commit for the long term
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
