We blend traditional values with a progressive, inclusive culture- and we're recruiting a Designate Deputy General Manager to support several of our houses around the Greater London area while you complete a structured development program that prepares you to take responsibility for your own site. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.

What you'll need to be:
- An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
- Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
- Based in the London, area or planning to re-locate
- An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
- A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with operational standards and processes
- Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to commit to supporting the region until your permanent pub becomes available
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
