Chef de Partie - Weymouth

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of iconic pubs, the Ship was the first owned by Hall & Woodhouse and has been a member of the family since 1856. There have been many changes over the years, like the addition of our upstairs restaurant with stunning views of Weymouth Harbour and our beautiful sunny courtyard. Today, the Ship is the perfect place to rest and relax year round, whether it's watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour or relaxing in front of a roaring log fire with a pint of Badger Beer. The Ship is glorious in the summer and cosy in the winter.

We're growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
