Applications are invited for the role of Water Purification Plant Operator to join our Brewery Engineering team. The WPPO will be supporting and driving continuous improvements within the wider brewery team - Ensuring all products are recycled and processed to the specified level, while maintaining standards, including EA, BRC, HACCP, and PUWER. - You will be leading, motivating yourself, whilst providing direction to team members to achieve operational excellence in a safe place to work, working with the team packaging great beer efficiently. Operate and monitor the Water Purification Plant to ensure working within correct parameters. Work with Engineers to ensure plant maintenance tasks are completed to schedule To act as the site Technical Competent Manager (TCM) for the Water Purification Plant Laboratory testing of water quality Communicate effectively with internal teams, external customers and suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain accurate records, monitor KPIs and report on plant performance. Support the recycling operation Handle on-call emergency responses The Qualifications / Experience you will need: WAMITAB qualification (or working towards); training can be provided Relevant waste management experience.
