The pub even has its own grape vines and wild deer visit occasionally! It is a characterful place that celebrates the joy of horticulture with pin-ups of famous gardeners in the loos, along with a host of other quirky décor touches that bring the pub to life.

- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
- Well presented, detail focused and professional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day making moments
- Looking for an employer that recognizes and rewards talent
- Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food led environment
