About Company: Riverside Setting – Beautiful Black Rabbit Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination pubs, the Black Rabbit is glorious providing stunning views across the River Arun and the wetlands beyond, to Arundel Castle – arguably one of the loveliest views in England. With plenty of riverside seating, the pub is a hive of activity in summer and when winter finally sets in, the traditional interior (featuring authentic props from the Harry Potter movies, including the boat from ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’) provides a cosy bolt-hole to relax and unwind.

  • A highly organized Chef with supervisory experience in high end standard fayre

  • Able to run service, deputizing for Head Chef when required

  • Skilled in a range of cooking techniques with a broad food knowledge

  • Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
