Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday kitchen tasks in a busy pub kitchen.
- Stay organised and keep your station clean and ready for service.
- Work calmly during busy periods and maintain a positive attitude.
- Support the kitchen team, including pre‑service prep and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Confident, committed, organised, with good eye for detail.
- Capability to work reliably with a team and remain calm under pressure.
- Stamina to handle the KP role in a professional kitchen.
- Dependable travel to and from the venue.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and proud of work quality.
- Previous experience in a busy professional kitchen is a real bonus.
