We are looking to appoint a new Head Chef to lead the team in this high energy kitchen.

We seek a highly organized and skilled Head Chef with experience in high end standard fayre, who enjoys the buzz in the spotlight of a busy prestige kitchen. Competence in all aspects of kitchen administration and proficiency in food safety and hygiene regulations, including allergens, is essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to reliably manage the commute, days, evenings and weekends, and should seek an employer that recognizes and rewards commitment and talent. Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a large managed pub restaurant kitchen with high seasonal variations is essential.
