We are recruiting a Deputy General Manager to help lead our fabulous diverse teams in an amazing premium pub.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of sensational destination pubs, H&W Taplow is a new bar in an historic riverside setting. The stunning new build in 2023 provides an all-day, all weather venue to support the newly developed St Regis Papermill area and provide a social focus for a growing community. The bar's design compliments its stage, evoking memories of sunny days by the river messing about in boats. Whatever the occasion, this perfect reflection of a traditional country pub treats guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting.

What you’ll need to be:
- An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded pubs hospitality
- A trained kitchen manager
- Based in the local area or planning to relocate
- An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
- A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with operational standards and processes
- Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to commit to supporting the GM to build a great team and business
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
