Hall & Woodhouse (H&W) is a family‑owned Dorset brewer and hospitality business founded in 1777, operating over 150 high‑end pub restaurants and inns across the South of England. We blend traditional values with a progressive, inclusive culture—and we’re recruiting a Designate General Manager to support several of our houses in the Bath/Bristol area while you complete a structured development programme that prepares you to take full responsibility for your own site. The timing of the programme will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.
