Responsibilities

  • Be a hands-on Chef de Partie who cares about the quality of your work.
  • Confidently run a section, ensuring consistency and presentation.
  • Work to specifications with no variations allowed.
  • Apply food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive vibe and support others.
  • Thrive during busy service and maintain compliance and doing things the right way.
