We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Training and HR Coordinator, based at the Brewery in Blandford, Dorset. The working times are are22.5 hours over 3 consecutive days (working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

The Training & HR Coordinator is responsible for managing our training systems/records, coordinating in-person training events and developing training content with subject matter experts. You will also work as part of the wider HR team providing support to managers and team members.
Here are the skills and attributes you will need:
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience of arranging meetings or events for groups of people with varying needs
- Competent and highly accurate at maintaining data in systems and spreadsheets
- Comfortable and confident with written and verbal communication
- Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people working at different levels
- Strong planning and time management skills
- A methodical and logical approach to problem solving
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office β Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Friendly, kind/caring and positive attitude ensuring you are approachable and professional
- Proactive with the resilience to react in a calm manner when faced with unplanned tasks/situations
