We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Distribution Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our logistics operation working closely with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site role with one day per week working from home once competent and confident within the role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Processing customer orders via EDI, manual input and email order requests
- Managing orders and deliveries through customer portals
- Verbally coordinating deliveries, collections and stock returns with various hauliers
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal departments regarding claims, POD requests and delivery issues
- Raising invoices and providing and managing confirmation of deliveries
- Processing and assisting with packing of sample requests
- Producing daily paperwork for the warehouse team
The skills and attributes you must have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & the ability to learn to use an ERP system
- Previous experience in customer services, distribution or supply chain
- A team mindset
- Safety in the workplace and environmentally aware
- Able to reliably manage the commute
