Compounding Technician Opportunity

Permanent part-time position, 16 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm).

We have a super exciting and unique opportunity that cannot be missed! Whether you're an experienced Compounding Technician or a Dispensary Technician excited to learn new skills within this specialised area of pharmacy, we would love to hear from you and will provide you with all of the necessary training and resources to set you up for success.

Working alongside a team of passionate community pharmacy professionals, as our new Compounding Technician, you will play an important role in facilitating exceptional healthcare and service to our valued customers. You will also take an active role in our store's specialised compounding service.

As a Compounding Technician, you will not only be required to dispense but to use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to create medications using custom doses, ingredients, and forms to best meet the needs of our customers. You will utilise your unique compounding skills and friendly and professional style of communication to counsel our customers in all interactions.

About You:

  • You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in compounding.
  • Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
  • Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
  • Full training and support in Compounding.
