Hall Place Veterinary Centre is looking for a motivated, proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who is passionate about animal welfare and high-quality nursing care, and who wants to work in an environment where nurses are encouraged to work to their full potential and be truly hands‐on.
Role Details
As an RVN at Hall Place, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care across a wide range of clinical activities. This is a varied and rewarding position where you will be actively involved in all aspects of nursing, including:
- Theatre and anaesthesia
- Radiography
- Dentistry
- In‐patient and patient care
- Nurse clinics
- Assisting with laparoscopic speys and orthopaedic surgery
You will contribute to the smooth running of the working day and support the wider clinical team, including mentoring and guiding student nurses where appropriate. This role also offers the opportunity to work across our branch practices in Marlow and Bourne End, as well as our nearby sister practice, Cherry Tree Vets in Lane End, providing valuable variety and a broader clinical experience.
Work Schedule
Full‐time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility across a 4 or 5 day week. Shared weekend rota, Saturdays only. No Sundays or out‐of‐hours work.
About the Practice
Our main practice at Pinkneys Green is a purpose‐built barn set in the beautiful Berkshire countryside, offering a calm, modern working environment. The practice is well equipped with its own dedicated laboratory, dental suite, ultrasound room, separate kennel and cattery facilities, isolation kennels, nurse consultation rooms, and air conditioning, enabling us to deliver high clinical standards. Alongside the main site, our smaller branch practices and Cherry Tree Vets provide additional variety while maintaining a close‐knit, community‐focused feel. We are a friendly, fun team who pride ourselves on delivering excellent care and supporting one another.
