This is a high-impact position blending face-to-face retail sales with strategic account coordination. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- The Shop & Reception: Acting as the face of the centre. You will manage our on-site equestrian shop, engaging with walk-in customers and using your sales experience to drive revenue through retail products and lesson upselling.
- Calendar Maximization: You aren’t just an order-taker. You will strategically manage the bookings calendar to ensure every slot is filled and the centre is running at peak capacity.
- Account Management (Schools): Maintaining and expanding our relationships with schools and educational groups—ensuring Hall Place remains their premier partner.
The Progression Path: This is a proving ground role. For a candidate who hits targets and demonstrates commercial value, this position is designed to evolve into a Full Sales & Account Management role.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience: You have a track record of meeting targets, upselling, and closing deals (retail or B2B).
- Availability: You are fully available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)—our busiest days for shop footfall and bookings.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand that managing a shop and its admin is about business efficiency and revenue growth.
- Passion & Drive: You are self-motivated, hungry for commission, and excited to get involved in a unique, fast-paced industry.
