We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager with expertise in quantitative insight to join our team. You’ll be working across a portfolio of accounts, managing day-to-day client relationships and overseeing the execution of insights projects that shape decision making for leading brands. You’ll need to have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and critical thinking skills to respond to a wide range of client needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Builder: Manage and nurture day-to-day client relationships, contribute to work that delivers impactful insights, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Business Developer: Design research and solutions that answer client questions and contribute to proposal creation and pitch delivery.
- Expert in Craft: Leverage key research skills such as questionnaire design and data analysis, manage insights projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy of data and deliverables.
- Team Player: Manage the day-to-day running of projects, providing guidance to junior team members and holding regular development conversations.
- Role Model: Embody Hall & Partner values of being Creative, Curious, Courageous, and Collaborative.
Key Attributes
- Experience managing quantitative research projects autonomously (4+ years), with prior experience as a line manager (1-2 years).
- Strong management skills, able to lead and prioritise to deliver outstanding quality on time.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business.
- Expert critical thinking skills and ability to provide solutions.
- Able to travel occasionally as the job requires.
