We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Literacy Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hall Park Academy. This rewarding role focuses on supporting students to develop strong reading skills. Working closely with the Assistant Head Teacher for Literacy, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, including phonics support, to help raise students’ reading ages and confidence. You will liaise with teachers and parents, track progress, and act as a key worker for identified students.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about literacy, enjoys working closely with young people, and wants to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and attainment across the curriculum.
Hall Park Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities.
