Redhill Academy Trust Teachers’ Main/Upper Pay Scale – Full Time – Maternity Cover. Required from 13th April 2026 to 27th July 2026 (there may be an opportunity to start 16th March 2026).
We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join an experienced and highly successful English team for the Summer Term to cover for maternity leave.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:
- Qualified teacher status
- Degree or equivalent
- Successful teaching experience across Key Stage 3 and 4 including full ability range
The Carlton Academy is a "good" and over-subscribed 11-18 academy and part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
