Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer to work with sprinkler systems. This role invites you to enter or return to the sprinkler industry and manage a range of maintenance tasks across multiple buildings.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for PPM and small works projects across a few buildings
- Servicing all types of valve sets
- Carrying out 5 point flow tests on fire pumps
- Conducting general service checks
Qualifications
- Experience with Wet, dry, alternate, deluge and pre-Action valve sets (essential)
- Experience carrying out 5-point flow tests on sprinkler fire pumps and performing general service checks (essential)
- Plumbing/Piping knowledge and fault finding on sprinkler systems (essential)
- Full UK driving license covering a regional role (essential)
- Sprinkler Installation Level 2 qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in Commercial/Industrial buildings (desirable)
- Experience with small works installation (desirable)
- Understanding of electronic reporting (desirable)
