The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

As one of the largest berry growers in the UK, we pride ourselves on producing high‑quality, easy‑to‑pick fruit. We grow a variety of berry crops, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal fruit‑picking positions across three farms, with work running from May to October.
  • To meet customer orders, the role requires flexibility regarding working hours and rest days, including early starts and late finishes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous soft‑fruit harvesting experience is essential.
  • Applicants must be physically able to carry out the role, motivated, and prepared to work hard.

Additional Information:

  • Full training and support will be provided.
  • Please note that all applicants must commit to working 5 days per week, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
