Role Overview
Hall Green School is an 11-16 Converter Academy within the West Midlands Academy Trust (WMAT).
The role is for a full‑time term‑time post of 32.5 hours per week, with a 30‑minute lunch break each day.
Hours are flexible to meet the school’s needs and may change at short notice; part‑time consideration is possible.
Responsibilities
- Undertake and review targeted interventions across all areas of need.
- Support lessons as a Learning Support Assistant, working with various pupils across all areas of need.
- Carry out personal care duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible team‑player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English (Compliance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
- Subject to the following checks: enhanced DBS, Childcare Disqualification (where applicable), prohibition from teaching (where applicable), medical fitness, identity and right to work.
Two suitable references required.
