Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to 2 Years PQE) (Liverpool)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained family law experience during their training contract or early post-qualification career and is now looking to develop within a supportive, high-quality specialist environment.
The successful candidate will work on a varied range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private children work, cohabitation and nuptial agreements, with appropriate supervision, mentoring and training as their confidence and experience grows and develops.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include
- Communicate clearly, professionally and sensitively and demonstrate an understanding of excellent client care.
- Undertake fee-earning work appropriate to your level of qualification.
- Support appropriate business development and networking activity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to be self-motivated, with a flexible attitude to work and ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines and seek support where needed.
- Maintain accurate file records and comply with relevant AML, data protection and confidentiality requirements.
We are looking for someone who has a positive and friendly attitude.
They must already have experience in this field, have excellent IT, communication and practical skills and who are interested in progressing their career in one of the most dynamic law firms in the country.
