Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Newly qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
  • Maximum of 2 years PQE.
  • Proven experience in family law gained during training or early practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Manage and assist with private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, private children work, and nuptial agreements.
  • Prepare legal documents, court forms, financial disclosure, and hearing bundles.
  • Provide clear, professional advice to clients under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate file records, time recording, and billing in compliance with SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Support business development and networking initiatives.
