- Newly qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.

- Proven experience in family law gained during training or early practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage and assist with private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, private children work, and nuptial agreements.
- Prepare legal documents, court forms, financial disclosure, and hearing bundles.
- Provide clear, professional advice to clients under supervision.
- Maintain accurate file records, time recording, and billing in compliance with SRA Code of Conduct.
- Support business development and networking initiatives.
